• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• On the day of arrival, we will send the door code and parking deck code through Airbnb.  It is self check in.  No need to stop at front desk. The condo will not be ready until 4:00 due to most often a guest is leaving that morning and the cleaners have to have time to get in and clean before your arrival.  We will send a message through Airbnb if the cleaners are done earlier than 4:00 and let you know if you can check in early. 
• 2 Parking passes and your wristbands will be on the counter inside the condo 

• The parking garage for Emerald Beach Resort is located directly across from the condo tower. The entrance is at the rear of the garage and can be accessed from either side of the building. (See map above)
• Upon arrival, use the keypad at the entrance to enter the garage code, which will be provided via text on your arrival day. Please note: the access code changes monthly. If your stay spans two months, you’ll receive a new code via text at the start of the next month.
• We recommend parking on the 3rd level of the garage, as it provides the most convenient access to the walkover bridge leading to the main tower. Luggage carts are typically available on each level for your convenience. If you park on a different level, elevators are available to take you to the 3rd floor and the bridge.
• Once across the bridge, take the escalator or elevator down to the 1st floor. From there, use the East or West elevators to reach the 15th floor. While the West elevators are closer to the unit, they are currently being upgraded. The East elevators have been modernized and are currently the faster option.
• Note: West elevator also takes you down to the beach boardwalk access and beachside pool area. Two additional pools are located across from the condo tower and accessed through the lobby. 

The door code will be sent on the morning of arrival. ️Touch the yale icon to light the key pad up then the numbers(#'s) then ✔️. The lock will automatically lock after 1 minute if you wish it to lock before the 1 minute all you have to do is touch the yale icon again and it will lock that way too.  There is a small tiny button on the door handle inside, please do not press that when walking out as it will automatically lock you out.  Please make sure to not let the door slam when the deadbolt latch is out this will cause it to break.

All guests are required to wear wristbands during their stay at Emerald Beach Resort to identify you are a guest.  Wristbands will be checked by security when using the amenities at Emerald Beach Resort including pool, gym, other areas open to guests. 

We offer a fully equipped kitchen with new cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware.  You will have all the necessary items to cook your favorite meals throughout your stay.  We also include the following appliances: Blender, Carafe Style Coffee Maker, Electric Tea Kettle and Toaster.  

This condo is privately owned and operates independently from hotel services; therefore, daily housekeeping is not provided.  To ensure your comfort, we supply linens and towels based on the number of guests specified in your reservation.  For your convenience, the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with complimentary laundry detergent, allowing you to refresh linens as needed during your stay.  Should you encounter any issues or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Yes, we require a minimum age of 25 to rent

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our unit or on the property. 

No smoking is allowed in the units or complex

All guests are required to wear wristbands during their stay at Emerald Beach Resort to identify you are a guest.  Wristbands will be checked by security when using the amenities at Emerald Beach Resort including pool.  No glass or food is allowed in the pool area.  Proper swimwear is required to be respectful of other guests.  Floatation devices, air mattresses and scuba/snorkel equipment is not allowed aside from simple goggles and masks.

Everyone enjoys the balcony and the great views offered right outside the unit of the beautiful beach and Gulf.  We ask while using the balcony you refrain from throwing anything off the balcony as it can cause serious injury or death if someone were to be walking on the boardwalk to the beach or pool.  Any object that is thrown or falls from the balcony becomes very dangerous and is grounds for guest removal from the unit.  If glass, bottles or food is thrown and lands within the area of the pool or pool deck the entire pool has to be closed, drained, cleaned and refilled before it can reopen.  Please be courteous and safe while using the balcony so everyone can enjoy their stay.
