GUEST RULES & GUIDELINES

To maintain a clean and fresh environment  for all of our guests, this is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo unit and in indoor areas like the balconies or patios. Any violations will incur an additional cleaning fee.

While we love pets we can not accommodate them in our condo to ensure comfort for guests with allergies. Violation of this rule will result in a fee.

Required for all guests on property, especially in the pool and gym areas. Wristbands will be provided and must be left on the counter at checkout.

No glass or food is allowed in the pool area. Proper swimwear is required. Flotation devices, air mattresses, and scuba/snorkel equipment are not permitted, aside from simple goggles or masks.

Please be considerate of other guests and notify us promptly of any issues in the condo. We strive to make your stay feel like a home away from home.

Pest control services are provided once a month tp each floor. The service days vary each month depending on the floor being serviced.

This condo is privately owned and not a hotel. Daily housekeeping is not provided, and we do not supply extra linens beyond what the unit accommodates. However, the condo does include a washer and dryer, along with complimentary laundry detergent to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.
